ABOUT THIS SESSION
Getting on the sharp end is one of climbing's biggest steps, and one of its most rewarding. Learning to Lead teaches you to lead climb safely and confidently on Peak District rock, covering both the technical skills and the mental side that leading demands.
We work through placing and clipping protection, rope management, falling and fall practice where appropriate, and the decision-making that keeps lead climbing as safe as it can be. Coached at a pace that builds genuine confidence, not just competence.

Climbers with seconding or indoor lead experience ready to lead outdoors.

Peak District gritstone for trad, or limestone for sport.
